I am a wife, a mother and the obvious entrepreneur. I started my business in 2018 shooting mostly couples and weddings but after I had my daughter in 2020 things shifted for me, and although I still take on a select few weddings per year I knew my heart lied with motherhood photography.
I have since done well over 300 maternity and newborn sessions.
you will catch us longboarding, snowboarding, camping, hitting up music festivals, travelling, spending time with family and exploring.
which is why I question our decision to continue living where the air hurts my face 8 months out of the year. Although my husband is typically a home body - and he tends to win that battle more often than not, because lets be honest who can turn down a low key pizza and Netflix night, not this girl.
Here's the thing, she was colicky.. like I literally didn't put her down for the first 3 months of her life. But because of that I learned so many different soothing techniques. I learned all the ways to help make babies comfortable and all the different motions that may or may not work. (my favorite was when I used to do lunges around my kitchen island with my daughter in my arms oh yes she loved that one.. but my legs sure didn't haha)
and every dang nursery rhyme permanently embedded into my brain, so be prepared to hear me sing! I will bend over backwards to make you and your children comfortable!
However after I had my daughter it was definitely a journey trying to find my place as a mother while not completely loosing the old version of me. That postpartum anxiety was real am I right? I LOVE to cook new recipes, do yoga, learn new things, listen to bass music and
see the world through my daughters eyes!
